WINNING BACK LOST SALES

CUSTOMIZED SOLUTIONS FOR DIFFERENT BRANDS

Estée Lauder used an Abandoned Basket SiteCampaign across multiple brands to win back visitors who were showing exit intent before completing an order.


The SiteCampaign solution was adjusted so that the offer, design, and segmentation algorithms were customized to fit each of the 5 brands we worked with – Estée Lauder, MAC, Origins, Clinique and Smashbox.


With each brand utilizing a unique combination of segmentation and incentives, data showed that certain messages and rules worked best. Overall we saw win-back rates of up to 18%, contributing to ~€65.000 in sales over a 3-month period.
