Masai has a focus on consistently excelling at their work with email marketing – and this includes lead generation. However, Masai was not initially interested in using percentage discounts to increase their sign-up rate.
To accommodate their communication strategy while still boosting their sign-up rate, SiteCampaign has utilized split testing to find the best design, rules, and messaging for Masai’s target group. In addition to testing elements like the use of different background images, we also implemented a split test comparing their existing sign-up message with a new incentive-based message featuring a contest.
Together with SiteCampaign, Masai was able to lift their sign-up rate 102% by utilizing a competition as a motivational factor for collecting newsletter sign-ups.
